I received this book as a giveaway through Goodreads. Thank you! It has a different, more updated cover than the one shown. This was a very easy read. Each chapter is set up to cover one area of business to improve upon. The authors start with background for each topic, then some pertinent, real-life experience stories, and finish with suggestions and steps to improvement. On the last page of each chapter, they bullet list the important takeaways from that chapter. The arrangement is very clear and the topics apply to most models. Most of the information has been covered to death through the innumerable other books on the "business improvement" market. What I appreciated about this work was its clarity and relatability; these are real people currently working as they instruct you to do. I do recommend it for anyone seeking to improve their marketability, retain and grow their clientele, or if you just need some help with your wardrobe. (See chapter 15)
