This one was pretty good, but the storyline is starting to feel repetitive - group with a messed up leader wanting to murder everyone. Didn't feel much different from the rest. I did find the twist with Hazel's husband interesting, but unrealistic-- what are the chances they ran into him... literally .00001%.
But really I did still enjoy the story and really appreciate this series. Wish #6 had an audiobook, I personally very rarely read ebooks.
3.81- STARS- It kicked off strong and full of energy! I'm really enjoying the winter backdrop. Here we go again with another villain. It reminds me of The Walking Dead, just minus the zombies! I'm loving the new characters that are being introduced. It's great to see the development of the original ones too. It's heartbreaking to see the OGs passing away. The way characters are meeting their end is pretty intense, but I find it still in good taste. I appreciate how we encounter new faces along the journey. However, it can feel a bit repetitive since we know the bad guy will always be after Jack's loved ones. Here we are at the final part of this series! Unfortunately, this is not in audio format. I'll need to read it instead, so it might take me a little while to get through it. SLOW READER HERE!! lol
