Along with advice on selecting and preparing food in the most health-conscious ways, an illustrated cookbook offers original, fresh, and nourishing vegetarian recipes arranged by season, from Spring Black Bean Stew to a winter's Penne Bake.
I liked the premise of this book. However I was quite disappointed with statements about health and well being (in intro section before recipes) that were presented as facts without any evidence of that being true. Some recipes look interesting.
'YOU CAN ALWAYS PICK THIS BOOK UP, GREAT RECIPES BUT ALSO UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT / HOW TO NOURISH OUR BODIES, SEASONALLY - I BOUGHT COPIES AND GAVE THEM TO FRIENDS'-
