Paisley Szuzman came to the Laurel Ridge Ranch in Daly, Wyoming to interview for an administrative position, but she’s shocked, and secretly aroused, to find that the job might entail more than she envisioned. Anyone filling this spot must meet the criteria of plays well with others, and the “others” are the men on the ranch— four hunky cowboys who are pure, rugged temptation. Adventurous to the core, Paisley takes the challenge and finds more in store for her than she ever imagined.
When it comes to books and movies, Brynn Paulin has one rule: there must be a happy ending. After that one requirement, anything else goes. And it just might in any of her books.
Brynn lives in Michigan, where she likes to spoil her children and dogs—not necessarily in that order. She also loves to cook, travel and spend far too much time on social media. She enjoys mentoring and meeting new people and is always willing to chat. Personally, she finds great pleasure in spending time with her family and dogs, as well as volunteering around her community.
First published in June 2007 by Ellora's Cave, Brynn is the author of over 130 books, including the bestselling Daly Way and Taboo Wishes series.
According to Brynn, her writing success can be attributed to an eclectic collection of music, her local road construction crews, a trusty notebook, and of course, the people in her life who’ve finally accepted that everything is research—or will be.
A little bit disappointing for several reasons. Firstly I expected it to be longer, but it's only a short story; no more than a 90 minute read.
Secondly, having been spoilt by the finesse of Lora Leigh when it comes to menage, I found this to be rushed and slightly coarse in places. There was no emotion or sensation from the characters, it was just lusty actions.
There was no time to fix a suspension of disbelief in place. Would a woman really show up for a job interview at a ranch, discover all four workers there are drop-dead gorgeous and already couple up with each other, flip out, run away and then allow them to rescue her and take her back to their ranch, stopping en-route for a quick one in the truck before giving herself up completely to sleeping with them all straight away ... as in on her very first night?
And why would said bi-sexual cowboys assume they could find a loving third-player wife from a simple job advert bio.
In fact the whole concept of the the town of Daly is a stretch too far for the imagination; a town where many men choose to become bi-sexual because there aren't enough women. I don't think so. What about on-line dating ... or moving away?
Plays Well with Others is a titillating read at best, and farcical at worst. It's got all the flames and none of the heat. This is one erotic series that's not for me.
Total guilty pleasure! I am not sure how I found Brynn Paulin, but I am glad I did. I really like this series, which deals with a ranching town that is consists of mostly men. Men who are desperate for a woman, and generally enter into polyamorous relationships.
I did like the first book in this series more, Belonging to Them, the connection between the H/H was clearer to me. I'm also not a big fan of m/m and this book had more of that than the first. This could have been fixed had the book been longer so the relationships could be a little more fleshed out (emotionally, the sexual part was quite well fleshed out *wink*).
All in all, it was a quick, very steamy read and I am definitely looking forward to the next in the series!
This was just stupid. I accidentally bought the 2nd Daly Way book for my nook instead of the first one, and now I will skip the rest of the series. Unrealistic, ridiculous, bad pacing, and confusing character development. Not worth $3.99.
Plays Well With Others wasn't as good as Brynn Paulin's first Daly Way book, "Belonging to Them". I really liked that story alot.
For some reason, "Plays Well With Others" seemed ALOT shorter. Now I am not sure if it was or not but the depth of the characters in "Belonging to Them" just may have been better.
When an author usually (but not always) writes a series, normally there is some mention of the previous main characters. I was really hoping to get a cool little update about the "Belonging to Them" characters that I fell in love with.
Daly is the coolest fantasy town in Wyoming. Since Brynn Paulin introduced two new female characters perhaps I'll get a chance to read about the sisters that have moved into Daly now too.
**Spoiler*** The only thing that kinda annoyes me is why do authors need to end a HEA with a baby! I really hate that! I know that it is a fantasy book and all but the 3 main characters just meet for the first time in the book, 6 months they are married and then she is pregnant. Why can't they just have years of loving each other before a baby needs to come into play. Anyhow, the ending doesn't take away from the story itself it's just a pet peeve that doesn't just lay with Brynn Pauline.
On a positive note, I was super pleased that the main female character didn't have a major drama attached to her. She was not in a crisis. Nobody was trying to kill her or destroy her family. It was just a great feel good *G* story!

Plays Well With Others is book two in the Daly Way Menage Erotica Series by Brynn Paulin. This story is about Paisley, a city girl, and her two cowboys, Ace and Brent. Paisley takes a bookkeeping job on a ranch in small town Daly. When she arrives, she learns that she was hired for more than just her accounting skills. When Ace offers her a live-in sexual relationship with him and his boyfriend Brent, she runs screaming. When she thinks it over and learns about the Daly Way, she decides to jump into the job and extra-curricular activities. The fun is with more than just Ace and Brent, but the other two farmhands. The sex scenes are delicious and I love a story with a happy ending.

This is a fun series, and I fully intend to read the next ones as well. The characters are likeable, but this story is not long enough to allow for a believable entrance to the polyamorous relationship that forms at the beginning of the story. Other than that...I liked it. The sex was hot and there was a bit of plot and life outside of the bed. It reminds me in a way of the Desire, OK books--I like them, but I don't know why. Guilty pleasures, I guess.
I liked it, maybe a little to short, I do like a little more detail. But other than that it was sexy and fun, Paisley Szuzman, came to the ranch looking for a job, doing the paper work, she never been on a ranch before. But it may be more than what she thought when she finds the job may give her more than just a way out of the city.
naaa disinilah sodara2..terjadi hal2 yg diinginkan, si paisley yg awalnya bilang no buat sex with them ternyata oh ternyata mesra2 an ma brant. berhubung udh sama2 horny maen kuda2an lah mereka, smntara yg tiga ngegrepein paisley

Paisley? Who names a child Paisley? Probably the same one who names other children Moonbeam and River. Paisley drives a little hippie mobile which is not the best car in the country side for raising cattle. Paisley hits Daly to find a job as an office assistant. Little does she know, she's there to apply for a menage a trois.
Apparently, in Daly, the men double up to a woman due to the ratios. All these cowboys are friendly with each other before they get down with a little filly. (I can't believe I just wrote that sentence.) Brent and Ace own the ranch that Paisley is looking for as a job opportunity. The question begs, is Paisley hired to fuck or to do paperwork? Why can't it be both? I look at this situation in two very different ways.
The positive way is Paisley gets fringe benefits from two, sometimes four studly guys. The negative, she's a hired whore who also does some very boring paperwork. I dunno which one I believe is more realistic. Regardless of how Paisley is categorized, this story is sweet with some hot sex. None of it is too graphic, but just enough to get the juices flowing. I recommend this short and sweet smexy read to menage lovers.
Paisley driving in from New York. Interviewing for a office job at a ranch. Knowing nothing of ranching, but she's good at office management and that's what this job is for. New city, clean air and open spaces. The hunky cowboy Ace interviewing her is a distraction, but he'd be her boss. Then there's Brandt, just as tempting. OMG the two are a couple, but she didn't expect the surprise ahead, this job comes with a bonus, these 2 alpha cowboys are looking for a 3rd, and 2 other cowboys to play with, and have choose her above many other applicants. Should she....could it be for something she's been missing, actually looking for? Incredible sex, hot, demanding, loving. A beautiful future.
OMG! LOVED it! Overall an enjoyable read, likeable characters.
Really not a 5 star book, but there is one scene that alone with worth reading this book. My Kindle melted when the FOUR cowboy gents of this book fulfilled heroine Paisley's fantasy, and I quote: "Um, I kinda want to be tied up, my hands, and be blindfolded. And I want you all to fuck me. Just, um, fast and hard. One after the other, but one at a time. No playing around today."
And what the author does with this scene- well, well, well, I'm already getting a little squirmy thinking about that scene. Um, I may have a job for my husband now, please excuse me. This review is over. Read the book.
If you're looking for an erotic short story filled with sexy cowboys, then this is the one for you. Ace and Brant were good heroes, and Paisley was a decent heroine. Unfortunately it was hard to develop this kind of storyline in under a hundred pages. It was a little far-fetched to believe that Paisley would sign on to working for (and sleeping with) two men she didn't even know, let alone two additional ones... all within the span of a few hours. I liked the premise and I liked the fact that Ace & Brant had already been lovers for years - it brought a special closeness to their story.
New author for me ! This is a good story with hot romance ! Paisley is a wonderful character. She's smart, strong, loving, and fun. Ace and Brant are a couple already, but want the whole of marriage, kids, etc. Being bisexual, they can have it all if Paisley agrees. They eventually win her over. Tai and Seth are also in the mix at first, but they will be moving on. The Daly way is the only way. Great romance and sexy scenarios. This series is romantic, sexy, interesting and has deep thoughtful feelings. ENJOY !!
Again this is very similar to Leah Brooke's Desire, Oklahoma series.
Welcome to Back Daly! Population one-sixty! Women, eight!
I was very happy to take another trip to Daly Wyoming ~ I expected to visit the guys from O’Keefe’s Gas and Repair; instead we headed out to the Laurel Ridge Ranch. This short novella is another Hot read by Brynn Paulin.
A hot and yummy addition to the Daly Way series! Super hot cowboys - check, feisty heroine - check, hot and steamy menage action - double check!!
This is a great read and opens up so much for the series! I really hope we see more and especially Paisley's sisters! They need a passel of men as well.
This was an ok read with 1 lucky heroine and 4, count them 4 cowboy hotties. Too short a story and not very believable but really, who cares if cowboy hotties are involved. Damn, I want to live in Daly, Wyoming. Oh, did I mention there is some nice m/m action.
Short but very sexy read. Loved the alpha cowboys and how they take control. Well written and developed story line. Hot sexy and such a turn on to read. Loved it. Can't wait to read the next one. Only complaint is that it is so short. Could be a great story line to make into a novel. :)
HOLY MOTHER OF HOTNESS! I loved this book! The storyline is fun and the sex is smokin hot! Every womans dream. The chemistry between Paisley and her men is off the charts hot! I highly recommend this book to everyone.
Enjoyed this book in the Daly Way series better...great interactions between the main players, a bit of suspense and heartstring tugging along with the usual hot sex.
