This is written from the author's perspective on loosing weight. She is on a journey and believes that there are 4 sides to achieving success. These 4 sides are "bodies (physical), minds (mental), souls (emotional), and spirits (spiritual)" (p. 13).

This Christian-based journey is written as a process to life-changing and not as a typical "quick-fix" weightloss book.
