This book is a very funny book. You will not want to put it down. But, it is a very easy to read book I would suggest this book to people who have trouble in reading. This book also has illustration in almost every page to help you see whats going on.

Goofy story about kid who gets superpowers from eating cupcakes made by his younger, bossy sister. Recommended by a 2nd grader, who gave me his own copy to add to the library collection!
Reread as an adult and noticed it lacks the charm and humor of Captain Underpants and its underlying messages of friendship and creativity.
