Meeting Esmerelda Sleuth . . .

Esmerelda Sleuth is a paranormal investigator and quickly learns that time travel is real. When she eventually meets Lance, he takes her to an oval mirror. Then he explains that the house was built on an energy vortex that allows those with the skill to move from one dimension to the other. The mirror acts as the portal to those dimensions. He also tells her that they were betrothed back in the 1800’s, but their future was tampered with by an evil magician to prevent them from finding each other as she was stolen through time as a child.

Confused yet? Grab your copy and be delightfully initiated into this mesmerizing story that will keep you reading into the night to learn everything about Esmerelda’s history! Wonderful characters and lots of action wait for the reader. You won’t want to miss this one as Esmeralda turns to her sleuthing skills to figure out what is going on!

Esmeralda is a private investigator. She goes away for the weekend with her friend to Lance’s house only to find that she is from another time and is betrothed to Lance. She follows him back to the 1800s to his family home, where she discovers she has magic and nothing is as it seems. Esmeralda uses her sleuthing skills to get to the bottom of everything.
Opinion
I absolutely loved this book! There was a bit of back and forth with what could possibly be going on but it added to the plot instead of deviating from it. If you love cozy type mysteries, read this.
The narration was excellent!

Esmeralda is a private investigator and upon meeting Lance she learns that time travel is real and they were together back in the 1800's. I really enjoyed this read and I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. This author is amazing.

Engaging

A little time travel, family drama over inheritance, finding love for a girl with a bit of magic she just discovers. Fun read, although there are quite a few typos.

We meet Esmerelda Sleuth in this story. I love her name. Especially considering her profession. Who is Nora? I think I like her, not too sure yet though. What bugs Esmerelda about Lance? Wow, I did not get beyond my first three sentences of this review before I couldn't stop reading. The cast of characters: Esmerelda, Edward, Bard, Viviene, Lillith, Jason, Lance, and more could not have made this a more interesting read than it was. The reading had a nice little surprise twist to it! It took me a couple of chpaters to get into the story, but once I did, I couldn't stop! Enjoy the read! This is the first book in what will hopefully be a lovely series!
