Hot as hell. I haven't read the first book in the series, Conquering India. It didn't hamper the experience having not read the first, but I certainly will go back and buy it. Looking forward to more.

Delilah's Downfall by Melissa Schroeder is out of this world with so much passion and more passion. Wow! How can a woman fall in love with four men that are so different but make you feel like a princess and the center of their world. Delilah is a woman that knows what she wants and how she wants it but something about the Bartlett brothers makes her beg for more. Going back to her home town to be near family is calming to her but can she handle leaving the city life for the country ranch life?
After meeting the four Bartlett brothers she is mind blown on their good looks and how they all come together. She soon realizes that she has feelings for them but will they have feelings for her? After her brothers find out that she has moved into town and is working at another ranch they become very possessive of their sister. Delilah’s brothers are highly protective of their sister and who wouldn't be finding out their sister is living with four cowboys.
Family can be overbearing but they are family and they want the best for you no matter what. Brothers almost always are so protective of their sisters because they are guys and they know how guys can be towards women. But will Delilah brothers overstep their boundaries when it comes to Delilah and will she permit it? Read this love story that will bring you to tears on how a family can be torn apart but hopefully it is not too late that they cannot get along in order for Delilah to be happy. Delilah's Downfall by Melissa Schroeder is not to be missed.

I have read manages before with usually only 2, max 3 men. This is my first foray into four, and was wondering how that was going to work, Lol!
I liked all of the characters in the book. I liked that Delilah was strong, independent, and self assured. I liked the way the brothers could be kind, respectful, and loving towards her without anger and competition amongst themselves.
Although I liked this book, I think 4 men is too many to wrap my brain around. I think my max will stay at 3.
This was a quick read. It was sweet, sexy, romantic, and there was an underlying sense of coming home and the satisfaction of being around things that remind you of home and family. Evidently having menages is a common theme in this town.
I have to go back and read India's book, but this also makes me wonder if Delilah's brothers will get their own book?

This the second book in the Texas Temptation series. While this the first book I have read in this series I am no stranger to books by MS. And like her other books this one did not disappoint. While this is a fast read, it does not rush the story. Delilah is chef who returns to Texas to work on a ranch with 4 brother who are used to sharing women. MS does a beautiful job of dealing with the angst that comes from a MMMMF menege. My only wish was there was more information about her parents relationship to explain why her brothers were so opposed to her relationship. I hope that there are more books to come in this series.

This is a hot, engaging ménage that has plenty of emotions, some conflict and loads of steamy passion. The characters are appealing and interesting, and the storyline is fast-paced and entertaining from beginning to end. I recommend this as a very enjoyable and enticing love story.

Menages are really not my thing, but I will always ready anything that Melissa Schroeder writes. As always she never fails to bring the characters to life.
Delilah's Downfall is a steamy hot scene story of how love that has no boundaries. I fell in love with the characters and couldn't put the book down. This story shows more than just the hot love scenes, though I do not mind them, but how these individuals can connect on a deeper level.

This was HOT! I'm pretty sure these 4 brothers would be any woman's downfall. Polite, hard working, sexy cowboys, yeah that's right cowboys! I love the combination of sweet and sexy, old fashioned manners, but also not afraid of a strong, independent woman. A quick read that kept me turning the pages, wanting to see what happened next. I'm definitely going to have to read Conquering India now and hope there's another book in the series to come.

This isn't my favorite Melissa Schroeder book by far. I felt like there really wasn't much in the way of substance really. No character development to speak of really. Delilah was likeable enough but some of her thoughts and feelings were just a touch naive. Especially considering her mom's past and her best friend India's lifestyle. If you are just looking for sexy times this is the book for you!

I really enjoyed this book. Delilah is looking forward to starting her new job. She didn't know when she took the job that she would be working for four sexy men as their cook! All four men are attracted to her and they want to share her between them. Mason is the quiet and calm one. Shane is the dominant one. Justin is intense and funny. Jessie is the flirt of the group. They all want her and she wants them. Th his book has some amazing hot scenes and a whole lot of love!

Can be there be too much of a good thing? Delilah Gonzales is about to realize four is definitely her magic number, when she signs on as their short term chef. Mason, Shane, Justin and Jessie Bartlett exude charm, likability and sexiness to spare. They are charmed by the beautiful, independent, smart, sassy, loving woman, and set out to make her their special one. Delilah can't resist as they woo her collectively.

Me. Melissa, I must give credit where it’s due. I am not into multiple partners and usually shun these type books. BUT you made the difference. Of the 4 the one who rubbed me wrong is Shane. The story is awesome!

Shane Bartlett has hired a new cook for him and his brothers, what they don't know is that he hired could be the one for them all. Delilah Gonzales is returning home for at least six months as the new cook at the Bartlett Ranch, she is not expecting four stunning cowboys whose gazes pull her into a deep desire for each one of them. Worrying about outsiders and how the brothers can all care for her but not be jealous are keeping Delilah from following her heart, when she is given an ultimatum by an unexpected source she finds herself torn on what to do.
Another great example on why I should keep a list of what I am reading, this was a reread for me but excellent just the same. Each of the brothers have different sides to them but my favorite is Mason who is just a tender soul, wickedly fun read.
**Reread, this book was a bit faster than I remember. Not a lot of setup time when Delilah arrives but fun none the less. I always wondered if there would be a book about her bothers and one of the other families mentioned in the book.

An erotic, menage scenario about a really grace-filled lady who is looking for a sense of place. Yanked around by her younger brothers who she raised and who are now trying to tell her how to live her life, Delilah Gonzales is a professional chef who has taken a job as ranch cook for cowboys who need to have her expertise for large gatherings, parties, networking in the ranching community, etc. The brothers also are looking for "a wife." This is a novella so it is not really a long read. Delilah sounds like a very nice person who just wants the right to chart her own course, regardless where that leads her.

Four sexy brothers, yeehaa!! Delilah takes a job at the Bartlett Ranch as a chef for a 6 month trial period. She doesn't know at the time that she will be cooking for four men who like to share, and are looking for a forever type of girl to be their woman.
I liked Delilah's character, she wasn't a blushing virgin and had been around the block, but was still refreshing and innocent at the same time.
