Gravity's Wait

There is a subatomic particle that opposes the Higgs boson, removing mass instead of adding it. And when a particle’s mass is stripped - then purposely delayed in regaining that mass – a phenomenon occurs… Mass-less-ness. Gravity has been nullified. Gravity must wait. A visitor is about to create this condition upon Earth, knowing the deadly consequences; a not-so-minor side effect… A black hole. In 1961 the visitor made an enticing offer to President Kennedy – an advanced technology to save the floundering Space Program in exchange for release from his torturers. JFK accepted. Decades have passed since the young president’s death. Yet the visitor’s efforts continue, pushing towards completion of his real goal…. He is going home. Only two unlikely heroes can stop a successful writer with OCD and a young blogger with a tarnished past. They have no idea who, where or even what the visitor is, but accelerating attempts upon their lives prove they are getting close. It all comes down to a few seconds, a race to see who escapes… the visitor or earth.
