Don't do what I almost did. The book ended. The next page was "information/where to buy more books" and "join here." I thought: "What? No wrap up with all three sisters?" I was pissed. Then, on my Kindle, because I couldn't believe it, I went to the next page. THERE WAS THE EPILOGUE! AFTER "where to buy more books, etc. " How Stupid! I almost missed it! And, it was good too! Somebody messed up. Fix it!

Third in the trilogy about three sisters who split up after their father's death. They lose touch, a part of the books I didn't buy. Why didn't they make arrangements to keep in touch. This was before everyone had a cell phone or was on Facebook but still there had to be a way. But it made it more emotional when they finally find each other. Lucky is the baby of the family and a gambler like her father, though much better at it. A really good book in the series, my second favorite after Diamond.

This was an interesting read. I enjoyed the strength, emotions, characters and personalities, spotlight into a different kind of living (for me) and the happy ending. This was a little informative, somewhat exasperating (erg...characters!) and immersive. I was pulled in and kept reading. Great for anytime and has a good balance of tenterhooks and lightness. Written well and keeps the pages flowing seamlessly. Don't forget to take a breath now and then.

This is the final book in the Gambler’s Daughters series and I loved all,of them. They were different and not ordinary HEA’s. The youngest sister was Lucky and she had made her Daddy a promise that she intended to keep no matter what happened. The sisters had buried their father and then left the dirty town of Cradle Creek, Tennessee not sure they would ever be able to find each other again. These are three great stories that you will remember.

I really enjoyed reading the third installment of the Gambler’s daughters. Nick was instantly smitten by Lucky. There were surprises revealed and tense moments. Love the ending of this series.

I had trouble with this book. I personally do not like stories about gambling but I love the author and wanted to finish the series. I’m glad I did. The series ended with everything tied up in a bow. A great ending to the whole series.

Surprisingly I enjoyed this more than Queen. Which is saying a lot because I’ve reread Queen over a dozen times. But Lucky’s story was so interesting, she definitely acted her age but I enjoyed the drama of her being young and impulsive and holding onto her promises for no reason other than she loved her father.

The best ending ever!

This is the third book in her gamblers daughters series and it is hard to choose which one was the best. They were all so good. The bond between the sisters was tight and loving. Maybe I’m more aware because I lost my younger sister 3 days ago but I think any woman who has sisters could relate in some way. How they each find and fight for their man is amazing. The best part is that they keep their dignity and promises. I had to give it 5 stars because of all this. Even though she is my favorite writer there are a couple of her books that I don’t care for. This series is one for the records though.

Even though this was a contemporary romance, Sala did a fantastic job of sucking me in to this second installment of the Houston sister's story. Lucky leaves her home town to leave a life of poverty. She finds her way to Las Vegas where she meets up with Nick, a successful casino owner. The two end up in the middle of a plot to kill Nick's father. Sala weaves a complicated tale with great characters. I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to finding the last installment, Queen.

Another cute story of the hard knock life turning fabulous. In this one, Lucky moves to Vegas to make her fortune dealing in the casinos. Little does she know that the very casino she winds up working in is owned by the man her father blamed for stealing his luck decades earlier. Can she win back his luck and fulfill her promise? Does she really want to if it means losing the love of her life?

Warm

I give the story more than five stars. I have read this story more than once. Several more times. The third daughter Lucky. Each time I read them, I want to cry and smile at the same time. Sharon Sala has a way with words. I know what I get from her. That is why I read her stories. And tell others to read them.

Quick summer romance read -- heard this author speak at the Tucson Festival of Books and was charmed by grace, wit and southern drawl. Hearing her voice as I read the book made it more enjoyable.
