This mini-workbook (21 pages) is for anyone who wishes to practice recalling some everyday events, and keeping a written record of it. There are three exercises per day for seven days, for a total of 21 exercises. The user may wish to do only one exercise per day, so that it takes 21 days to complete the workbook. However, there is no rush to complete the book; it is probably more important to enjoy the process of recalling everyday events that we experience. Topics include writing down a basic recipe for a favourite meal; listing the basic rules for one of our favourite sports; and describing a childhood memory in the form of a short story, among others.
