A very concise but thorough introduction to training for the beginner or those in management who need some orientation with a minimal investment of time. An easy read and lots of practical advice.

A quick and very helpful read. I would like something more on how to make introverts feel comfortable in group situations. As an introvert myself I know that many people like me find the word ‘icebreaker’ to be little short of terrifying.
