Who Did He Love--the Mistress or the Submissive? Charles lusts for the beautiful Lady Reeve, a notorious dominatrix, and though he has some fear, he longs to explore the depths of his fantasies and discover if he has the strength and will to surrender himself completely to the control of a woman. But then Charles learns that to be worthy of her notice he must submit himself to training and discipline by the infamous women of the Inner Circle. Afterwards, at a slave fair, he finds himself being dominated by not one, but five unique, powerful and erotically sensual women of the Inner Circle, including the woman he adores, Lady Reeve. Though this should be the culmination of his heart's desire, Charles unexpectedly finds himself drawn toward a submissive, the exotic Mei Lein. Can Charles be both dominant and submissive? Or must he make a choice? And how will the women of the Inner Circle respond to his new-found dominant side?

Pretty average slave "Training" story. There is a bit of Switching going on- which I don't get. I prefer my subs to be subs etc. If they want to change in the long term to a Dom I understand that. But then I am not in the lifestyle and this probably does occur.

The writing was OK, but I think I am preferring women writing about this subject. There was nothing particularly wrong with the writing or the story but it did not soar for me.

I am finding I am enjoying the ponygirl themes and wished this had continued for a bit longer.

It was fairly predicable how they ended up, or at least I "saw it coming"

If you have not read anything like this before you would find it quite edgy.
