This book is an excellent novel written by Nikolai Ostrovsky according to his own personal experience. It tells the story that the first generation of revolutionary youth of Soviet Union has no fear in the fierce storm of revolution and eventually becomes steel soldiers through the process of growing up of the protagonist, Pavel Korchagin, shaping the image of the classic hero, Pavel Korchagin. This "" great literary works transcending national boundaries"" has influenced generation after generation of young people to fight and work hard to realize their ideal since its birth. In order to allow more children to get to know this great works, to understand ""the spirit of Pavel"" it conveys, we specifically rewrite it on the basis of the original, and add beautiful illustrations. In additon, we also set up a column ""learning and thinking"", which makes a comprehensive combing of the contents and writing skills, and open up a "" further reading "" column.
