I am always looking for ways to simplify my life and prevent myself from being over-stressed and over-scheduled. This book is actually a workbook and I've read the whole thing and now I'm doing the activities/exercises. I think it is so important to have a balanced and calm life in all areas: family, spritual, social, physical and financial. This book has lots of great ideas.
