My friend is very into Qi-Gong since several back. He recently pass me this book, which is abouy 308 pages. 90% of the pages are experices by her students, only useful pages < 30pages.
Many of the steps she introduced are very common and simple exercises, I feel, only benefit people who don't exercise at all. For example, if you as a bus driver, food-seller, office-manager, then whn you start doing her Qi-Gong, you will find drastic impact to your body system. But if you already do yoga, pilates, taiji, gym etc, give this book a miss.
I have summarised all the simple step and using them to teach my father, as he had zero physical exercise. Hope this will make him healthy.
