A timely reminder of the power everyone already has to shape their perception of events and how the mind can help to avoid problems by re-assessing obstacles in life through personal responsibility and positive ?self-talk? and affirmations.

Poor print, difficult to highlight. One of the worst ebooks I have ever paid money for. Content good as far as I have read . I quit reading because of presentation difficulties.
Amazing! This book talks about how we are enough as we are and shouldn't define ourselves by what we have, what we do, etc. I think that everyone should read this book - it did a world of difference for me. Amazing.....love it!
This is a simply written book that is filled with little "gems" about how to gently change how you look at who you are, and change your life for the better.
