Bought this book online thinking it was a travelogue, but it is a novel 'based upon a true story'. Read it anyway and it was quite enjoyable for the most part, but tailed off in the last third when the dynamic changes and it edges into a sort of romance. Not a bad book, but not one I personally would have bought if I had read the synopsis.
