Grant Berkeley (AKA Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett) presents some of the poorest research I have ever read. I focused mostly on the sections of this book concerning America. The only reason I did not give this book one star is because I am not as knowledgeable on the European aspects of their work, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. First, this book is rife with simple errors like incorrect dates, locations, and names. Wilson and Blackett show a complete unawareness of American archaeology. They don't even try to disprove it. They just do not acknowledge it, which makes me think they did not even consider or look into it. If they did, they would know that dates do not line up with their proposed 6th British voyage to the Americas, "mysterious" objects are really not all that mysterious and have well known meanings or uses, and much more.

In their effort to "reclaim" British history, they do the very same thing they accuse the English of, and erase and appropriate indigenous American history.
