When he qualified as a veterinarian, he moved to British India where he specialized in camels and was highly respected because of his work. He wrote a book that was to remain a standard work in the field for nearly 50 years.
As an animal lover he was a staunch opponent of kosher slaughter and all other forms of animal cruelty.
During World War I he served on the Western Front and in the Middle East.
In 1924 he joined the British Fascists and was elected as a councilor in Stamford, Lincolnshire. In 1933 he founded the Imperial Fascist League. Which soon was pushed into obscurity mainly by Oswald Mosley`s BUF. Leese accused Mosley of being a kosher fascist and of being soft on Jews.
In 1943 Leese was imprisoned under the Defense Regulation 18B. In 1947 he went to prison again for aiding members of the Waffen SS.
Leese was politically active until the end of his life and was a great inspiration for many of the subsequent leaders of the British far-right including Colin Jordan.In 1951 he published his autobiography.

Arnold Leese–British fascist, political prisoner, and leading expert on camel zoology–has given us here an excellent treatise on the subject of the so-called "Blood Libel." In fact, he was imprisoned for this alleged libel, and the purpose of this work is to demonstrate the truth of his claims. Leese cites Talmudic verses, juridical proceedings, papal encyclicals, and more to accumulate a preponderance of evidence supporting the historical veracity of ritual murder, with special emphasis on England. He makes the point that it really comes down to who do you trust: the accusers or the accused?

Thats why i never liked reading for fanatics, he might have had a case but his sentimental processes is doomed to ruin the whole thing. Jewish ritual murders has happened, although no body may claim how many, there are few pieces of evidence, but it is loo long time passed, if he wished to reconstruct these cases, he should have at least employed some intellectuality not just stacking papers.
