This is a powerful, but treacherous book. Hogan’s premise in this and his other books goes to the heart of this approach by promising to help salespeople “gently and covertly nudge people towards a decision that will benefit both you and them − without trickery.” That’s an interesting paradox; some people might say it’s a fundamental ethical contradiction.
