Very good really describes this book.

I’m really interested in the way David writes and compiles texts. If you have an itch for reading several things at once - this is your book.

A majority of the texts were about music and one exert that stuck out most was on Vibrational Cooking by Pail Pitchford.
Describes the way in which food is prepared is the type of energy it passes
