A classic story with gods, warring tribesmen and mysterious powers. Plus a romance between a prince and a hot albino slave boy. I liked it more in the beginning. After they had to flee the prince's homeland things went downhill in my opinion - it became less about their relationship and more about the relationship between two deities. And we don't get to really understand what was happening between the two gods either. Still, a nice, long slashy story.

Here is another book that went along nicely until "part two" in which the slave becomes the main focus of the book. I just felt so much MORE could have been done if the author could have kept on with the main theme of the two main characters working as a team....
