If you are a beginner trying to understand the basics of firewall security or an IT infrastructure administrator looking to beef up your knowledge of firewalls, this book is suited to you. Written in the typical easy-to-grasp manner of 'For Dummies' books, this book makes learning fun and acts as the ideal initiation into the world of network security. Gets a bit technical towards the second part, but not much difficult to understand. A good read.

I didn’t become an overnight Guru - I didn’t need to be, but this book did give me enough fluency so I could joking Guru meetings without being totally lost.
