I really enjoyed the amount of pictures, charts and glossy pages. The book was well written and informative. The popular procedures at the end of each chapter were helpful. The book also has an extensive glossary (in English & Spanish) and index. Some of the data was very dated, and the authors bias shown thru many, many times. Would have been nice to cover caring for the LGBTQ community, along with some other key topics that were sadly missing. This was my required text for my clinical medical assistant class.
