This blurb on the back sounds like a run-of-the-mill vampire romance, but it's not. The author Susan Hanniford Crowley's imagination and ability for story telling captive and enthrall you in this tale. I enjoyed the story, and I look forward to reading more work by this talented paranormal author.

I usually have something to write, but after finishing I sat back and wondered what to write. It was difficult to really get to know the characters for I only reached the surface. As the story moved along I would reach a part and then the lines quickly went to another part and another and another. There was no depth. The story ened, I was done.

I love fantastical books that have a happy ending. I'm so glad David and Laura found that in each other. But needless to say, they had a hell of a ride to get there, I would have went insane if I went through all that. Now I know once I turn over to a vampire I need to stay away from a certain someone named Thomas, pesky unicorns. Death to all unicorns!
