Wonderfully written and organized

This book is full of gems for any CIO or aspiring CIO. The book is easy to read, well organized and I love the flow charts that succinctly summarize the well articulated concepts.

My takeaway from this book: the author's pervasive (and effective) use: "Avoid Cost, Improve Service, Increase Revenue". If we aren't doing one (or more) of those items....why are we doing it?
