2012: I read this to my six-year-old son and we both enjoyed it very much. Some of the book selections were very interesting to him, and we are now looking forward to reading Little Eddie and The Trolley Car Family together.

2010: I bought this book at a thrift store because had "obsolete" written on the cover in red ink, and I thought it needed someone to love it.
The stories were fun, especially the adaptation of The Trolley Car Family, which I think I read as a child and definitely need to read again.
