Happy Thoughts

Mariner Elementary School Fifth Grade Class writes six-word stories, Sestina poems, and artwork to express what makes them happy. This book is written by ten and eleven-year-old students and edited by a published poet. There are stories about the love of dogs, cats, and horses. Others write about sports, gaming, and dance. All of the authors share what it means to find joy in family and simple pleasures.
