This was one of my fave books when I was a teenager. I was OBSESSED with Claire Hennessy and wanted to write books exactly like hers. A fun reread, it's slightly cringy now and I can no longer relate to teen angst lol but the nostalgia is too real.
I've never done a review before but I wanted to recommended this book since it has no other reviews yet. I just re-read this and enjoyed it very much again. It is about a young girl called Abi who feels not quite right, but she's not sure why. She sometimes cuts herself to feel better, then feels like an attention seeker though she hides it from everyone. Throughout the book she tries to figure out what's wrong, while also dealing with insecurity, jealousy and unrequited love. I related to this book on a personal level and also found Abi very clever and funny with her views on life.
