Stunning book. Definitely one for gourmet foodies only with all the technical aspects each dish requires. But visually gorgeous. Photos are amazing and every dish looks like a piece of art. Too pretty to destroy by eating it, although those desserts look seriously delicious.

Not the most "doable" cookbook in regards to ingridients, but a stunning book to go through, sometimes..
