A must have for the serious collector!

An enormous amount of information, rigorously researched, and clearly imparted. LOTS of amazing photos, both B&W and color plates. I am now assured that what little I knew has been broadened, but also that as a dilettante, my tiny collection amounts to nothing, and is probably going to stay that way, lol; but had I the means, I’d be armed for bear. Fun new realizations like: Who knew that a fake could be unmasked by an inaccurate hairstyle?

Great for newbies

I've just started to collect cameos. This book provides valuable info to help buyers know what they are looking at, even if the seller doesn't. The background information is really interesting as well.
