Healthy in a hurry has many western dishes that are not common in singapore. Best to shop at cold storage for ingredients. Common things include thyme, parsley, lime, lemon, olive, yogurt, pepper, cheese. Flavours are too strong and distinct for my liking. Maybe because of my lousy cooking skills ( added too much sesame oil, too much sugar, over cooked vege, meat too big) but it was really fun following it through. I'm not sure if I can ever cook them in a hurry.
