Herman Rudolf (Rudy) Kousbroek was a Dutch writer. As a prolific essayist who was a rationalist and atheist, he was a prominent figure in Dutch cultural life between 1970 and 2010. He sometimes used the pen names Leopold de Buch or Fred Coyett.

Zo erudiet vind je ze zelden, vooral deze combinatie met stuitende oudemannenmeningen over de jeugd en het onderwijs (de Mammoetwet, bron van alle kwaad) moet welhaast uniek zijn. Maar ook: zo erudiet!
