17: To "Hail" and Back

2017... The year my son would turn 17! The BEST year of our lives, thus far, I believed... but, I am a dreamer. In actuality, 2017 was the WORST year of our lives, and I didn't think we'd all make it out alive. It was the year that everything that could go wrong, did. It was the year that I was knocked down on my knees in prayer. It was the year that took me to "hail" and back, because of the "A" word. Oh, Autism...Hail Mary.

Beatriz Fox graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Screenwriting and has been a member of SAG/AFTRA since 1993. She is an advocate for autism awareness and has been active in the autism community since 2003. Beatriz lives with her family in Newport Beach, California.
