There was a huge trend if books like these that followed the "How to Survive Anything" trend in the early 2000s, but this book reads differently. Alternating between lines of satire, seriousness, and humor, it fiches on ideas that children, teens, and even yours truly need reminding of on occasion - that it will take copious dedication to be as super as you may wish to be. Therein lies the charm if the book - a lighthearted read for many but also a way to see a need for dedication in all matters important in a way that does not browbeat young readers. As the book says, "NOTE:Book will not actually teach you to fly" shows the humor in the book, but chapters also discuss the need for decisive action and defining one's own moral compass. This is not a bad book to introduce heavy concepts like that in a fun way - after all, who knows - maybe there's more of a hero in our kids and students than they realize.

Used this book to teach instructional texts and it proved to be a well liked book by children. Produced good how to guides based on the books layout.

Well kids, there has finally been a book released that many evil geniuses would attempt to destroy. 101 Things to do to become a Superhero… or evil genius. that not only tells you all about the 101 things to do to become a Superhero… or evil genius, but probably what Superman, Batman, Spiderman and every superhero you know and heard of had to go through while they were superheroes in training. And excellent timing with the school holidays coming up and the release of the movie, Man of Steel. 101 Things to Do to become a Superhero has been praised on Amazon as “an absolute gem.” The book includes information on what you need to transform yourself from mere mortal into exciting, dynamic total superhero material. So what you are you waiting for, don’t waste time as a mere mortal, begin your transformation today.

"101 Things to Do to Become a Superhero (Or Evil Genius)" is a great little book. It's really funny while at the same time giving you valuable tips for mental and physical training, making useful allies and conquering the world. Some of it is only created for superheroes or evil geniuses to be, but the training plans or tips on healthcare are really useful for "normal" people too.
I didn't write in the book or do the exercises, but I guess doing this could be fun for others.

It's a book that would keep you interested for a long time, but it is a lot of work and it feels like too much effort for only a book. Also, the book is silly but serious which makes a weird combination. I regret buying it, to be honest.
