There are some deep technical concepts for music and rhythm here, but what I liked best was the depth of passion this man has for rhythm and drumming. His account of the healing he had with a Korean shaman was what inspired me to attend my first TaKeTiNa workshop, and I have integrated the work into my teachings and become a strong advocate of the work. The TaKeTiNa practice helps us remember the archetypal experiences we have all shared standing, dancing, clapping, singing and chanting, and celebrating in community circles, and brings a profound sense of balance, wholeness, connection and relaxation.
