This book focuses on the influence of the outside world on the mood. When unsatisfactory things make Superman in a bad mood and need to release his bad temper, they could have made the world a mess, but they didn't. Instead, they admitted their bad emotions and turned them into their own maintenance. The driving force of justice makes the world a better place and makes more people happy, thus helping me to change my bad temper into a good mood.
