Tang Ruo and Gao Bo, the two IT elites at the age of over 20 (later being joined by their old classmate Li Shiqia), create the video website Wait and See and begin their business. They find a cook called Wang Daliang from the countryside, making him a capper and asking him to pretend a mute learning drawing. Under their packaging, Wang Daliang becomes the web celebrity being able to draw Mona Lisa called himself the wandering Da Vinci. The click rate of the website soars up and advertisements also come along. As the time goes, the original little mischief is more and more violent, finally becoming a whopper.
