Dacă ar fi știut mama, când m-a învățat să citesc, că o să ajung să citesc așa ceva, m-ar fi lăsat proastă. Mai bine proastă decât scârbită. Când vine vorba despre povești de dragoste, le prefer pe cele înclinate spre erotism și senzualitate, nu spre romantism și floricele pe câmpii. Dar asta a depășit limita senzualității și s-a dus dracu' spre porno ieftin și dezgustător. Una, am uitat cum o cheamă, renunță la slujba ei și se desparte de logodnic pentru că s-a plictisit și vrea ceva inedit în viața ei. Oh, și ce mai inedit găsește! Ajunge să lucreze în casa unei actrițe și a soțului său, care e regizor. În casă mai locuiește și fratele vitreg al actriței, cu care asta se tăvălește de când erau adolescenți. Ăștia trei și-au propus să facă un film despre viața lor, dar mai aveau nevoie de cineva care să facă sex cu toți. Problemă rezolvată, ineditul apare în viața primei proaste despre care vorbeam. Și așa încep 200 de pagini de gâdilat cu pene, uns cu nu știu ce ulei mentolat, frecat de stâlpul patului și multe alte ,,jocuri'' de acest fel. Punctul culminant al cărții a fost orgia la care au participat toți patru, care a durat toată noaptea și care m-a făcut să mă întreb când au de gând ăștia să fumeze țigara de după și să se culce odată. Milenii de evoluție și de luptă a femeilor pentru a ajunge unde suntem astăzi, ca apoi cineva să scrie mizeria asta. Istoria este îngrețoșată, la fel ca mine.

Prima mea lectura de acest gen a fost Fifty shades si nu pot spune ca m-a impresionat la nebunie. Daca pui deoparte incestul, actoria si lipsa prezervativelor, ramai cu o experienta porno posibil placuta (depinde de starea de spirit). Daca vrei o poveste de dragoste, nu cauta aici.

Au fost aproape neîntrerupt 40+ pagini de urgii peste care recunosc ca am sărit din cauza plictiselii. De cate ori poti citi cuvântul vulva si despre abdomene spasmatice ca sa nu mai suporți? Cartea asta nu are pic de coerenta. La o pagina un personaj nu stia ceva, peste 50 de pagini, stia, personajul personaj spune ca se uita peste un filmuleț peste care nu a apucat sa il vada, protagonista este o prostie rara. Efectiv scenaristul lui pește ii arata ca peste tot sunt oglinzi false prin care ii poți spiona pe alții, dar nici nu isi pune problema daca ea a fost sau nu urmărită. Si cum se face ca servitorii vin in câteva secunde cand sunt chemați, dar nu le aude nimeni urgiile? Nu le găsește nimeni obiectele sexuale aruncate efectiv peste tot? Si cand spun peste tot, vorbesc serios. Unul din ei scoate un vibrator din buzunar. Pentru ca știm cu toții ca trebuie sa avem un vibrator la noi pentru fiecare eventualitate.

What did I just read? But really, WHAT did I just read?
This book contains incest, weirdness and a hell of a lot of non-consent. Oh, A foursome with an electric toothbrush and goose-feather cock ring, plus a weird film plot sub-plot that is extremely strange.
I literally... what did I read? I'm so confused. Was this meant to be sexy? I spent the whole book very concerned for the mental facilities of the half-brother/sister couple that got a bit rapey (not just with each other), the psychopathic despondency of the husband, and the poor PA that had no idea she was being used in a wealthy person's sex game.
This book gets a one star for all of the above, but my main complaint is the lack of consent. Doing things without consent isn't sexy. It's illegal and WRONG. This books is a sad, incesty porn attempt. Do not read it.

WOW I loved this book, hence reading it in 2 days. It's very captivating and keeps you waiting to keep on reading it.
The storyline is about a husband and wife, her half brother, incest and enter in an attractive Personal Assistant and let the filming and sex games begin.
I like the way Ms Anderson wrote this book, it's quick, informative in the detail of the scenes and the sex/erotic scenes are impressive and very raunchy and I'd actually say they put FSOG to shame and the story is intriguing.
I was shocked when the read about the wife/brother relationship and how the husband was ok about it and since the husband was a very successful film director he decided to do a real life film about the three's different relationships and bringing in another women who knows nothing about was going on to see what would happen between them all, emotionally, sexually and physically and to see if the wife can do without her brother and just be happy with the husband.
Wow what a story! And the ending is not what the husband thought it would end up like. Was their plan a success, was the film a success, who ended up with who, ssshhhh it's a Dark Secret!!!!!

Marina Anderson doit se réjouir de la vague érotique du moment car ses romans déjà anciens reviennent et montrent, s’il en était besoin, que l’érotisme au féminin ne date pas d’hier. Ce premier tome qui date de 1995 va loin, très loin, joue avec les tabous avec décontraction et habileté et remplit très bien son office. Marina Anderson ne sombre jamais dans le glauque ou le bizarre même si elle flirte avec. Là est tout son talent.
Un peur sur le modèle de son précédent ouvrage qui a été écrit en réalité après, elle nous présente une jeune femme, insatisfaite, à la recherche d’elle-même tant sur le plan sexuel que personnel. Harriet vient de quitter son petit ami, s’ennuie un peu au travail lorsqu’une amie la pousse à répondre à une curieuse petite annonce. Une célèbre actrice américaine est incognito en Angleterre pour un film et cherche une assistante. Harriet va accepter le poste sans sa voir qu’elle a un rôle à tenir qui va bien au-delà de taper le courrier de Rowenna, sa patronne. Elle va faire la connaissance du mari de l’actrice, Lewis, qui lui plaît sur le champ.
Commence alors un récit très érotique qui va allègrement bousculer nos limites personnelles. En réalité, Harriet est prise au cœur d’un jeu malsain qui se joue entre Lewis, son épouse et le demi-frère de celle-ci. Aux manettes, il y a Lewis, réalisateur de film, qui va littéralement mettre en scène ce qui se déroule. L’idée est tordue mais très bonne.
Marina Anderson fait donc entrer Harriet dans ce trio, qui devient par conséquent un quatuor avec scènes en tout genre y compris incestueuses. Cela pourrait vite devenir insupportable mais il n’en est rien. L’auteure a un naturel remarquable avec ce genre de scènes, n’hésite pas à en souligner le côté perturbant et Harriet, jeune, absolument pas initiée à ce milieu, est comme une sorte de boussole qui indique les limites. Harriet, très vite, ne va plus être le petit être manipulé auquel on s’attend et surtout des sentiments amoureux vont commencer à venir troubler tout cela.
Cela donne un conte érotique, provoquant, brûlant, avec des scènes longues, très imaginatives et plaisantes. Les personnages apparaissent de plus en plus, tombent les masques et le récit évolue progressivement vers une histoire d’amour. Evidemment, elle n’est pas vraiment classique ni banale !
Si vous n’avez pas froid aux yeux, vous pouvez vous laisser guider par Harriet dans ce milieu. Ce roman qui a presque vingt ans a bien tenu le choc et Harriet, dont la situation a bien changé en fin de roman, reviendra dans un sequel qui devrait être traduit selon toute probabilité.

I did not like this one much. The concept was interesting but I couldn't connect with the characters and felt they were very unlikable and cold.

I couldn't understand the end either... I mean the girl has been used for scripting/entertainment purposes but Lewis is mildly apologetic and so she marries the loser. He, who constantly manipulates his wife by playing on her fear of aging in Hollywood (and she's only 30!!)to get what he wants. But hey.. he gives her good orgasms so that's a good enough reason to marry him!?!
I have zero interest in the sequel.

This was a superb book who needs fifty shades of grey? this book was nothing but erotic. I read this book with in 13 hours. I just couldn't put it down. I wanted to see what was going to happen next.
The ending was just what I imagined it was. To think there are people who do this in real life. Now the question is: Would you do what Harriet did? I think if I was that young and unattached I might have, but when it came to having multiple partners at the same time I am not to sure.
All and all I loved this book.

Weird and cringeworthy in a lot of places but still had to finish it! Wont bother with the sequel. Think am so over these cheap erotic novels!

I finished the book in 24 hours! it was good, initially I was not expecting this particular story line, and was pleased that Harriet and Lewis finally got together.
At times the sexual detail between half brother and sister bored me as I was more interested in Harriet and Lewis. Starting the second book so hopefully there will be some twists!

Awesome read! Had me anticipating what would happen next! Parts of the book I enjoyed more so than other parts! The anticipation of whether Harriet and Lewis would get together had me on edge the whole time! The interaction between the siblings was a put off for me although the rest of the book was most enjoyable!

Este un roman nemaipomenit pentru cei ce vor să experimenteze ca şi eroii cărţii.Mi-a fost destul de greu să citesc cartea,era nevoie să mă silesc ca s-o pot finaliza,întrucât fac parte din grupul de oameni ce citesc până la capăt,chiar dacă se pare plictisitor cu speranţa că cursul evenimentelor se vor schimba.După cum a mai spus şi Lewis despre filmele lui,că nu pot fi descrise într-un enunţ toată povestea,însă eu tot am stăruit s-o fac.Efectiv,romanul este alcătuit din 2% din descrierea a cum iau curs evenimentele şi restul 98% sunt scenele extrem de erotice,senzuale,excitante,provocatoare ş.a🔥😏.La început am citit doar scenele astea dar mi-am dat seama că nu pot înţelege unele detalii fără mici explicaţii din poveste,după asta m-am adâncit în descrierea scenelor şi pot să zic că m-a luat valul.Dacă să stai şi să gândeşti logic cum are loc acţiunea,îţi dai seama că e o absurditate totală,dar dacă să te relaxezi şi să te scufunzi în relatarea erotică a poveştii,poţi descoperi într-un fel că e pe gustul tău.Iar după epilog,mi-am dat seama că povestea va continua,în acelaşi mod,dar cu mici schimbări,Harriet fiind hotărâtă să continuie să-şi descopere toate laturile întunecate,chiar şi în pofida a ceea ce îi dispus să-i ofere Lewis.

Din punctul meu de vedere trebuie să ai peste 17/18 ani ca să curtesti cartea asta , reg fetele mici care au intrat pe această aplicație să nu o citească , toate trebuie să vină la momentul lor

3 stele pt autoare, 1 stea pt actiune.. Cartea te poate scarbi de la o vreme, mai ales cand citesti cum fiecare trage de celalalt vreo 200 de pagini. A fost putin interesanta, dar mi_a lasat un gust amar

I'll give it, there are a lot of spicy scenes in this book. But I can't get over the fact that it contains sibling incest, even though they are only half siblings. Loved the ending, and I look forward to reading the next book, mostly because I know the two other characters are out of the picture. 😅
