What a great fable to tie leadership into-- the author did a superb job detailing the phases needed to exemplify leadership. I enjoy football and leadership so the book hit home. 5 stars and we can apply the rules today.
I enjoyed the message that was part of this book. Quick read but quite enjoyable. Really appreciated the 4 major themes that were represented in the story and then again shared in detail. Good lessons for leaders and aspiring leaders of any kind.
