I bought this book back in fourth grade having no need to learn sign language at the time, but thinking it might be useful to learn. I never did learn, but not because of the book, but because of lack of motivation. The book itself is very helpful. There is a clear explanation of the movements needed to sign the word listed, as well as very helpful diagrams. I would recommend this book to any beginner.
This book supplies its reader with clear illustrations, written directions and memory aids for each sign/word as well as examples of the sign/word used in a sentence. A very thorough book that is recommended for the beginner.
