Another round of structural edits may have helped. - Clearly aimed at people with high-flying office jobs; try telling a tradie or a school teacher to take a Friday afternoon off at a cafe so they can strategise their work life! - Why were 95% of the examples men? - The author also became too self-congratulatory in the later pages.
