Not my first choice for tutor training resources but has some useful activities

I read this book a couple times years ago and decided this semester I wanted to cover the Tutor Cycle more indepth in my Tutor Training class. It was helpful for the students preparing to become college tutors. To cement the Tutor Cycle in their minds, I had them pair up and make posters to illustrate what we had just gone over. Creating posters provided active, collaborative learning with a creative result. The posters are now hanging in the individual study/tutoring rooms as a reminder to work through the Tutor Cycle during a session.
