It's easy to lead a team effectively. If you know AND abide by the rules.
Abiding by the rules is easier when they're simple.
The rules shown here in this business fable ARE simple and thus easy to follow.
Truly helps to grow a habit of leading simple, thus have better team relations, more effectiveness and efficiency and ultimately thus more freedom.

The book presents a framework for leadership and management. The framework is quite interesting and useful as it provides food for thought. Sadly, the book oversells and idealizes the framework and it spoils the impression.

The book has a summary in the end, it's tense and practical. Worth a reread.

Это уже моя третья книга замечательного автора Бодо Шефера. Думаю, что книга очень подходит для руководителей всех видов. Она просто и четко объясняет принципы лидерства, ясно давая понять, что совсем не нужно равняться на великих лидеров прошлого, не обязательно обладать их харизмой и особенностями. Достаточно усвоить некоторые принципы и руководствоваться ими при работе с людьми. Взяла для себя несколько важных идей и собираюсь применить их в своей организаторской деятельности.
