An excellent almost hour by hour account of the Israeli conquest of Jerusalem. The book is well researched and, though the bulk of the book is through Israeli eyes, the author does give voice to the Jordanian side of the story.
I recommend this book to anyone interested in the modern history of the Middle East.

I found this book fascinating, as it told about the war from the Isreali and Jordanian sides. I even felt like cheering when the Isreali's could get to and touch the Wailing Wall at last. I found this account well worth reading.
