My mom had hundreds of books. Going through them was a process and I was done. However, one day this book just "happened" to be on top of a bin. The cover grabbed my attention and I realize now that it was heaven sent. Someone's watching my back up there. This book is exactly what my soul needed in regards to dealing with a loved one who is suffering severe depression. It explained things so clearly and gave great insight into what I can do to endure and possibly help. It was very visual and had plenty of images to explain processes which helped me to understand. Can't even begin to describe how very thankful I am for this book.

A very healthy approach to dealing with depression. I really liked the living in the present theme. I also found the concept of the sun always shining above the clouds, even when all we can see is clouds, very enlightening. I think I learn more about life and the Savior as every day goes by.
