La experiencia televisiva de Billy Mummy y Miguel Ferrer empapa las viñetas de esta aventura, donde un ex agente secreto descubre que su padre fue un vigilante enmascarado y resuelve asumir su manto para vengar su muerte. Tanto el guión como el arte (firmado por el veterano Gray Morrow) tributan innegablemente a los seriales de los '70s y '80s, haciendo que la lectura se sienta a ratos más cercana a un policial que al retrato pulp. Grata y liviana.
I would have switched around some of the roles and given the villains more believable reasons for their actions but I still enjoyed the story.
The art is wonderfully elegant and fits the story ideally!
There's a page 31 panel 4 boner after the sex scene by the letterer or writer who attached the female's line to the male's response which took away good character emotion and a laugh from the reader.
