The world we knew is no more.Virtually stripped of humanity, the crumbling shell of society struggles against mutation and death as the deadly Wormwood virus continues to lay waste to most life on Earth.Hoping to stave off extinction, humanity sought out refuge among the stars. Forming colonies that thrived for a time, the resources needed to maintain their populations have dwindled and any hope of returning to Earth has been made impossible by the powerful Ellium – holders of the only cure to the Wormwood.Faced with the ever looming threat of extinction, the lone group of peace keepers known as the Templars struggle to keep the embers of humanity from burning out, but time is not on their side. In the end, the only hope left to save humanity may be in the hands of a young girl named Alhana, but only if the Ellium doesn’t kill her first.*** This edition is in full color, creating an alternative to the black & white edition. The "noir" line of books are smaller to download as ebooks and far cheaper to purchase in print but lack the brilliant color of this edition. ***
I am compelled to draw because if I try to stop, this aching, gnawing monster sneaks up behind me forcing me to draw. Having terribly honest people in my life, my work has been pushed beyond the limits I set for myself just making my life more difficult because now I have to work harder to do even better.
Not content to live with my illustration degree from Kendall College of Art and Design, my art monster demanded more, driving me into a life of blending 3d art and traditional techniques to create something unique, a stylized realism that is hard to define yet immediately recognizable. Currently, my monster and I have created numerous publications and been published on countless covers for novels. My personal project, the illustrated novella Entropy, as well as numerous other projects can be found online at asylumink.net with many more in the works, as my monster demands I no longer sleep.
