Ive tried to read this 4 times now over the space of 10 years. Its too wordy and sporadic, hence why I never finish it. It jumps between times and people so fast that its just not great to follow. Im sure if your fascinated by this you will bear with and fully read but my days I just cba to follow it. It is too jumpy and there for not enjoyable!

Acojonante, apabullante, despampanante.

I have always been fascinated by the American mafia and gangsters and this book covers their involvement in the movie industry in the thirties up to present times . Very interesting, although maybe not entirely accurate.

Fairy tales told in the first person to make them more interesting and compensate for the dry writing. And because case 1, 2 and 3, Adler concludes: Hollywood IS the Mafia.
